How to Delete Your Account

If you’ve decided to delete your account, please follow the steps below. Be aware that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be lost, including any rewards or history associated with your account.

Step 1: Go to Home Screen

After logging in, navigate to the Home screen. From here, tap on the 'Settings' option below your profile.

Step 2: Open Settings

In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on 'Delete Account'. This will take you to the account deletion page.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

On the Delete Account screen, enter a reason for deletion in the text box provided. Review the important notes listed to understand what happens when you delete your account. Finally, tap on the red 'Delete Account' button to proceed..

Important Notes

• This action cannot be undone

• All your data will be permanently deleted

• You will lose access to your rewards and history

• You will need to create a new account to use the app again
